Between Ventoux and Luberon
The palette of colours in this land is unique : from the ochre lands
in Roussillon and the plains in Apt with hybrid lavender lands to the
patchwork of wheat, lavender, hybrid lavender and other aromatic plants
fields spreading across the Sault area.
The Lavender Festival in Sault brings together each year the 15th of August
lavender lovers and growers.
Blooming period : ealy july / mid-august
